- 1991 credit was stolen. Narasimha Rao opened the economy and pulled India out of bankruptcy. Singh administered what the IMF and the crisis already forced. Glorifying him instead of Rao is propaganda.

- Vajpayee handed him the 10th-largest economy. He handed Modi a fragile, scam-soaked, policy-paralysed mess. We joined fragile five group under him.

- India’s per-capita GDP versus China collapsed under him. That is the scoreboard, not the obituaries.

- He sat on finance bodies from the late 1960s. The 1973–74 compulsory deposit scheme was income tax stacked on income tax. Citizens paid. He kept the chair.

- He was ready to sign away Siachen. The Army put its foot down and said no. Sonia’s pressure was in the room. The Prime Minister was not.

- In critical meetings Sonia Gandhi sat in front. He sat behind. That is not leadership. That is a hired signature.

- “He made so much money and kept staying in the US. I cannot accept that he’s not corrupt.” Daughters’ money trails were part of the same charge.

- Low reported tax in earlier years was waved away. The lifestyle and the foreign stays were not.

- Policy paralysis, 2G, coal, Commonwealth, the government was a cash register with a mute Prime Minister attached.

- Under him India became the weak link of #BRICS , not a co-equal. Goldman and others in 2011–13 were openly asking if the “I” should become Indonesia.

- Per-capita GDP growth 2004–14: China +406%, Russia +243%, Brazil +233%, India +150%. Worst of the original four.

- India hosted the 2012 Delhi summit. The photo-op happened. The economy was already sliding into policy paralysis, high inflation, and the “Fragile Five.”

- Trade with China exploded on China’s terms. BRICS became a room where Beijing set the weight and Delhi smiled.

- He floated a BRICS bank in 2012. When the New Development Bank was actually signed in July 2014, headquarters went to Shanghai. India got the first rotating president. China got the building.

- He didn’t invent BRICS and he didn’t walk India out of it. He also didn’t use it. India sat in the club as the softest, slowest member while China used the platform.

So everyone who continues to praise him, Stop the saint act. Stop rewriting a weak, compromised decade as genius. He was nothing but a huge disappointment and a big failure for the nation.

एक तो मुझे ये गाँधी परिवार की क़ुरबानी वाली अवधारणा समझ नहीं आती।

कोई भी चुनाव हो... इनके चशमो चिराग तो यही गाते हैं कि हमारी दादी ने देश के लिए क़ुरबानी दी, हमारे पापा ने देश के लिए क़ुरबानी दी।

अरे भैया कौन सी क़ुरबानी... कौन सा बलिदान??

पंजाब में सब सही चल रहा था... अकाली दल को रोकने के लिए इंदिरा गाँधी एक विकल्प ढूंढ रही थी... फिर उन्हें भिंडरावाले मिला... उसको दिल्ली बुला कर बकायादा संजय गाँधी ने ��ाक्षात्कार ले कर अपने काम के लिए तैयार किया।

फिर इनका प्यादा भिंडरावाले महत्वकांक्षी हो गया... ऊपर से पाकिस्तान ने भी उसके सर पर हाथ रख दिया... उसे ख़ालिस्तान का सपना दिखाया और फिर वह कांग्रेस के हाथों से निकल गया।

फिर उसे निपटवाने के लिए स्वर्ण मंदिर पर चढ़ाई कर दी... सैंकड़ो सिख मा गए... बाद में इस घटना का बदला लेने के लिए 2 सिख अंगरक्षकों ने इंदिरा गाँधी को मा दिया।

यह कोई क़ुरबानी या बलिदान न���ीं था... खुद के कुकर्मो का फल था... जिन कुकर्मो के कारण 70-80 के दशक में हजारों हिन्दूओं ने जान गंवाई पंजाब में... और फिर 84 के दंगों के बाद हजारों सिख मा गए... पंजाब आतंकवाद की आग में 2 दशक झुलसा रहा... जिसमें हजारों लोग मा.. रे गए।

अपने कुकर्मो के कारण त्या हो जाना देश के लिए क़ुरबानी नहीं होती।

रही बात राजीव गाँधी की... तो वह अपने और अपनी माँ द्वारा किये गए दुर्घटना के शिकार हुए।

वैसे तो श्रीलंका में आजादी के बाद से ही तमिल और स्थानीय आबादी सिंहली लोगों के बीच द्वन्द शुरू हो गया था... 70 के दशक में यह और भी उग्र हो गया... और फिर प्रभाकरण ने LTTE बनाया।

शीत युद्ध का जमाना था... भारत जहाँ सोवियत के खेमे में था... श्रीलंका अमेरिका के करीब था... ऐसे में इंदिरा गाँधी को लगा कि वह तमिल और सिंहली लोगों के इस मुद्दे को सुलझा कर इस क्षेत्र में बढ़त हासिल कर सकती हैं।

इसीलिए उन्होंने श्रीलंका सरकार और LTTE के बीच मध्यस्थता की... और भूटान की राजधानी में दोनों पक्ष के बीच बातचीत शुरू करवाई।

अब यहाँ इंदिरा गाँधी खेल कर गई... तमिलनाडु की कुछ पार्टियों को खुश करने और खुद की महत्वकांक्षा को पूरा करने के लिए उन्होंने LTTE के लड़ाकों को प्रशिक्षण देना शुरू कर दिया था।

आपको जानकार आश्चर्य हो सकता है कि तमिलनाडु में LTTE के ढेरों प्रशिक्षण शिविर थे... जिसमें सबसे बड़ा था कोलाथुर का शिविर... इसके अतिरिक्त कर्नाटक, उत्तरप्रदेश (नैनीताल... तब नैनीताल UP में ही था) में भी प्रशिक्षण शिविर थे। प्रभाकरण बाकायदा RAW के अफसरों के साथ घूमता था... मैंने कहीं पढ़ा था कि वह महू के आर्मी प्रशिक्षण केंद्र भी गया था।

यह 80 के दशक के शुरुआत की बात है... LTTE दिन प्रतिदिन घातक होता चला गया... क्यूंकि उन्हें ��र्मी स्तर का प्रशिक्षण और हथियार दिए जा रहे थे।

इंदिरा गाँधी की त्या हुई... और उसके बाद खेल बिगड़ने लगा... राजीव गाँधी ने श्रीलंका सरकार और LTTE के बीच बात करवाई... लेकिन बात बनी नहीं। LTTE को लगने लगा था कि राजीव गाँधी उनके साथ खेल कर रहे हैं।

और जल्दी ही वह समय भी आया... जब इंदिरा गाँधी द्वारा पोषित LTTE का प्रभाकरण उनके बेटे का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन बन गया था।

राजीव गाँधी ने पीस कीपिंग फ़ोर्स भेज दी... बिना कि���ी तैयारी के... कश्मीर के पहाड़ो पर तैनात यूनिट को रातो रात श्रीलंका के जंगलो में तैनात किया गया... हमारे 1165 सैनिक शहीद हो गए थे इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में।

और इसके बाद तो LTTE और भारतीय सरकार के रिश्ते बेहद ख़राब हो गए थे... जिसका परिणीति राजीव गाँधी की त्या में हुई।

बताइये... क्या यह देश के लिए क़ुरबानी थी? या अपने कुकर्मो का फल??

I paid without a second thought.

But here is what most people don't know and what I have seen go wrong at dozens of small restaurants, dhabas, and shops across India:

A Composition taxpayer CANNOT collect GST from you. Ever.

Under the GST Composition Scheme, a dealer pays a flat tax to the government from their own pocket - 1% for traders, 6% for service providers. They cannot add GST to your invoice.

They cannot charge you CGST or SGST. The moment they do, that amount is being collected from you with zero legal basis.

It does not go to the government. It stays with the owner.

That is not a tax. That is a collection.

मैं एक ही स्थान पर रहकर उन सभी दुष्टों का अंत कर देता हूँ। वरना मुझे उन्हें ढूँढ़ने के लिए पूरी पृथ्वी का चक्कर लगाना पड़ता। इस प्रकार ‘दुष्ट-दलन’ का मेरा कार्य जरासंध ने बहुत आसान कर दिया है।

जब सभी दुष्टों का अंत हो जाएगा, तब सबसे अंत में इसका भी अंत कर दिया जाएगा। आप चिंता न करें, भ्राताश्री।” 🙏

सोनिया गांधी एक आत्मकथा लिख रही हैं ।अच्छी बात है। उन्होंने पेंगुइन प्रकाशन से संपर्क किया। पेंगुइन ने कुछ मुद्दों को लेकर स्पष्टीकरण और सबूत मांगा जिसे सोनिया गांधी ने देने से इनकार कर दिया। पें���ुइन प्रकाशन ने भी छापने से इनकार कर दिया। अब वह किताब अमेरिका के किसी पब्लिशर द्वारा छापी जा रही है।

किताब में क्या लिखा है, यह तो छपने के बाद पता चल���गा। लेकिन जो कहा जा रहा है उसके अनुसार सोनिया गांधी आरएसएस, मोदी, अमित शाह और चीन के बारे में लिखी होगी। मोदी और शाह की तारीफ तो करेंगी नहीं।

सोनिया गांधी ने चीन विवाद के किस काल खंड का जिक्र करेंगी। 1962 के पहले का, 1962 के बाद का या अभी-अभी जो घटनाएं हुई है उस पर।

पत्रकार प्रदीप सिंह ने कुछ सवाल पूछे हैं और उम्मीद करते हैं कि सोनिया गांधी अपनी किताब में इसका जिक्र जरूर किया होगा।

1. 2008 में कांग्रेस पार्टी और चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के बीच में क्या समझौता हुआ था?

2. सोनिया गांधी की शादी राजीव गांधी से 1968 में हुई थी और उन्होंने भारत की नागरिकता 1983 में लिया था। 15 साल तक उन्होंने भारत की नागरिकता क्यों नहीं ली?

3. विदेशी मूल की होते हुए भी प्रधानमंत्री के सरकारी आवास पर 15 साल तक क्यों विराजमान रही? उस दौरान भारत में इमरजेंसी भी लगा। प्रधानमंत्री आवास में गोपनीय जानकारियां भी आती रही है। उन्हें क्या क्या जानकारियां थी?

4. बिना भारत के नागरिकता लिए हुए संजय गांधी की कंपनी मारुति में डायरेक्टर कैसे बन गई?

5. नागरिक बनने से पहले उनका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में कैसे शामिल हो गया?

6. जब इंदिरा गांधी की हत्या हुई तब वहां दो गवाह हम मौजूद थे। आरके धवन छाता लेकर चल रहा था। पिस्तौल और ऑटोमेटिक गन से गोलियां चल रही थी लेकिन धवन को खरोच भी नहीं आया। आखिर क्यों? गोलियों की आवाज सुनकर सोन��या बाहर आई लेकिन उनसे कोई पूछताछ नहीं हुई। क्यों? उनको गवाह भी नहीं बनाया गया। क्यों? ठक्कर कमीशन के अनुसार हत्यारे सतवंत सिंह की ड्यूटी आरके धवन ने लगवाई थी। क्यों? धवन की ड्यूटी राजीव गांधी के साथ भी कैसे लग गई?

7. हर सभा में राजीव गांधी के साथ जाने वाली सोनिया उनके आखिरी पेरंबदूर की सभा में क्यों नहीं गई? राजीव गांधी का शरीर कई टुकड़ों में बट गया था। अखबारों के मुताबिक डीएनए टेस्ट ��े लिए सोनिया गांधी ने राहुल गांधी का ब्लड सैंपल देने से मना कर दिया। हो सकता है कि यह झूठ हो लेकिन स्पष्टीकरण तो आना ही चाहिए।

8. जब राहुल गांधी को अमेरिका में गिरफ्तार किया गया था, उनसे बरामद सामान भी सामने आ गया था। राहुल गांधी को छुड़ाने के लिए अटल जी के सुरक्षा सलाहकार ब्रजेश मिश्र को किसने फोन किया था? क्या सोनिया गांधी ने अटल जी को फोन किया था?

9. जब डोकलाम विवाद चल रहा था, तब राहुल गांधी च��न के राजदूत से मिलने आधी रात को उनके घर क्यों गए थे?

10. भगवा आतंक का नरेटिव क्यों खड़ा किया गया था? समझौता एक्सप्रेस ब्लास्ट के पाकिस्तानी आतंकियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, उन्हें छोड़ने का आदेश किसने दिया? बदले में कुछ हिंदुओं को जिसमें स्वामी अधिमानंद शामिल थे, को किसके कहने से गिरफ्तार किया गया?

11. 2008 के मुंबई आतंकी घटना को लेकर अमेरिका से 26 बार चेतावनी आई थी कि आतंकवादी समुद्र के रास्ते मुंब��� में घुसेंगे। उसे रोकने के लिए क्या काम किए गए? बदला लेने के लिए जब भारतीय वायुसेना और सेना तैयार खड़ी थी तो उन्हें किसके कहने पर रोका गया? पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित बड़ी बड़ी आतंकवादी घटनाएं होती रही लेकिन पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की गई?

12. मुंबई हमले के बाद जब पाकिस्तान में बाढ़ आई थी तो उन्हें 25 मिलियन डॉलर की मदद किसके कहने पर दी गई थी?

13. सोनिया मनमोहन सिंह के कार्यकाल में नक्सलियों के खिलाफ चल रहे अभियान को किसके कहने पर रोका गया था? छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस की पूरी फ्रंट लीडरशिप को नक्सलियों ने खत्म कर दिया था। सीआरपीएफ के 76 जवानों की हत्या कर दी गई थी, फिर भी उनके खिलाफ निर्णायक एक्शन क्यों नहीं लिया गया था? जवाहरलाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी में सीआरपीएफ के जवानों की हत्या का जश्न मनाया गया था, उनके खिलाफ एक्शन क्यों नहीं लिया गया?

ऐसे हजारों सवाल हैं जिसका जवाब स
सिर्फ सोनिया गांधी दे सकती हैं। क्या हम उम्मीद कर स���ते हैं कि सोनिया गांधी ने अपने संस्मरण में सभी सवालों का ईमानदारी से जवाब दिया होगा?

अपवाह उड़ाया जा रहा है कि सरकार इस किताब को छापने से रोकेगी। यह अफवाह सिर्फ किताब की बिक्री बढ़ाने के लिए किया जा रहा है। किताब छपकर जब आएगी तो इस पर प्रश्न खड़े होंगे? जो सही बात होगी उसका समर्थन होगा, जो गलत होगा उसका विरोध होगा, जो छुपाया गया है उसे सामने लाया जाएगा।
