@vueling I have contacted in private message many times but you guys are not sending MT103 the bank is unable to trace the funds with the bank receipt sent. I need MT103 for bank to trace funds kindly send the same The bank receipt is not enough or authenticated proof as mentioned by bank

@vueling@vueling I have got message that the funds transfer has been processed since 3 weeks but not recd the same called customer care to share the swift copy of transfer but not received the same despite the promise to send
@vueling We tried raising the luggage claim as well but it says deadline has passed despite emailing well before as online claims were not getting accepted
@vueling The email is mentioned on your website how can it be non operative.
Please note private messages are not getting delivered attaching snapshots.
@vueling Already did that immediately after the issue but it was not accepting the booking number or PIR code and now it says that 7 days have passed to raise issue. That was the whole reason that I emailed on the email address mentioned on the website with full details and proofs

to reply back as yet calls on customer call have also gone unanswered such an unprofessional customer service have never heard of from an International Airlines. @spain@SpainInIndia .. such experiences are spoiling the overall holiday experience of Spain. (2/3)
