Late seeded #foragepeas and #oats for the win this year. Years of swath grazing building organic matter in the soil no dought contributed to this crop holding on for the late rain. Easily a month+ of winter grazing for 200+ cows on this 45 acre piece. @UnionForage @mcmacranching

@benz_miles @Ninch11 Loaded question, depends on what your plan is. Ultimate blend is most versatile can chop, swath graze or just standing graze and would fit any of those. We’ve liked the Italian ryegrass the last couple years for regrowth and fall grazing but it needs moisture.
