@sidlowe In our experience, sometimes the computer systems are set up to require certain ID in order to progress. We've had minor trouble in the past due to this as folks just didn't know how to deal with "computer says no". We keep a print out of the relative laws on us just incase. .
I don't think talking about the public perception of "social credit systems" in positive/negative terms very helpful,
