@BDOPhil grabe yung queueing hanggang servicing ng customer dito sa grace mall new accounts branch nyo, dumating kami 11:30am 2pm nasa pila pa rin kami. d ko alam kung understaff ba sila or talagang mabagal lang. ilang oras ba ang standard or average time dapat na process nila.
