Polymyalgia Rheumatica is a horrible condition that I often see misdiagnosed as bilateral frozen shoulder delaying appropriate management and causing extended unnecessary suffering!

Keep an eye out for that long lasting morning stiffness/fatigue and get some basic blood tests!

After 5 months of our physio team being redeployed to various NHS departments we are starting to return to the sporting world as the sporting world is starting to return!!

Firstly our team supporting Durham DMP Sharks have returned to their post!

Particulsr shout out to our physio Paul who has worked hard as the team's Covid lead, helping the Sharks return to Elite Stage 1 training as of this week.
