@StormyDaniels It doesn’t take a genius to tell it’s photoshopped. And you’re right, the gullibility of those trying to push a certain agenda is astounding.
@HockeyN05102748@mattdagley My thoughts exactly. As a member of Search and Rescue, of which there are many members across NS, this is a huge part of what we do already.
@RaeMargaret61 Menstrual pad holder. The pads were mini mattresses and it was hard to have them not show through your pants. The friction caused by the elastic and hooks was a constant reminder of how much life sucked being a girl in the 60’s and 70’s.
On this day, and everyday, we honour those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to ensure we have the freedoms we enjoy. Our many family members who went willingly, we honour you.
@nshealth I’ve had the pleasure of attending the family health clinic in Shelburne, Yarmouth Hospital and just recently, QEII in Halifax. I have always been treated with compassion, respect and patience. In today’s society it’s important to give kudos when deserved. 👏🏻!
Wishing everyone a happy and safe Canada Day. If taking children to any large group celebrations, take a moment to take a picture on your phone, in the case that they become separated.
@CBCTheNational regarding cellphone use in classrooms. As parents, the lack of rules in schools have made cellphones the bane of our existence. Teachers are calling us to police it - ban them. They have access to a school phone & time if students really need to chat.
@AirCanada heartfelt thanks to your entire team from the ticket counter staff to the flight crew. AC607 flew my husband (precious cargo to me) from Halifax to Toronto. Everyone was so amazing! We feel you need to hear some positive feedback nowadays ❤️.
@citytammie@Sid_Seixeiro@breakfasttv in Nova Scotia we have African Canadian Studies that is a mandatory credit for our students. It’s a curriculum that should be in place in all schools. Part of learning is challenging assumptions and having uncomfortable discussions.
@Crofter1798@fordnation Unfortunately, while increased, the amount received is in no way enough compared to the cost of rent, insurance, food, transportation and other services accessed that are not funded. This has been a burning issue for both individuals and advocates.
@breakfasttv@Sid_Seixeiro@DinaPugliese our family has had first hand experience with the negative impact of social media & youth. They do not possess the maturity & understanding of their actions as keyboard warriors & unqualified videographers. They are too impulsive.
This is extremely disappointing @JustinTrudeau Hospitals are shutting down departments, sometimes for days at a time ALL across Canada. Canadians deserve better. #HealthCareCollapse
The federal government has withdrawn from a joint communique with provincial and territorial health ministers, ending widely anticipated meetings in Vancouver without any agreement to boost health care funding.
