It’s #WorldReadAloudDay ! @BluebonnetLions Thank you to Mr. Guyton for having a #LockHeartForPeople and coming to read to my kinder class! We’ve enjoyed listening to a classic story about a little blue train who believed she could, so she did!
Love the conversations with the first grade students in Ms. Cuellar’s class @BluebonnetLions as they were working on their sight words. Learned a lot about crickets and grasshoppers.. it was their major topic of the table 😂. @LockhartISD
Came into my room with this little guy in my chair. There’s something special about being recognized by someone who gets a glimpse into my classroom and all the work that goes into it. It’s like they get to see a piece of my heart too. @BluebonnetLions#IvebeenROAREDatBluebonnet
We’ve been missing a couple of our classmates. On our last day my class wanted call our friends to catch up and wish them a Merry Christmas. To hear their little laughs and to see so many smiles warmed my heart. This is the true spirit of Christmas. @BluebonnetLions
I am stressed and exhausted.
And yesterday I cried. A lot.
I love my job. I hate the Pandemic.
I am going to be fine, and I’ll get out of bed and be my best for teachers and kids.
I just think it’s important for educators to know that you are not alone. This is hard. ♥️
Decomposing numbers all the way to 99 and writing the different expanded forms to go with it. These guys blow my mind every day! Yay 1st grade! #bbeproud#unitedwebuild
@BluebonnetLions Small groups in full effect this morning! My kinders are practicing their one-to-one correspondence and getting some one-on-one time with Mrs. Nichols. Look at those smiles! #unitedwebuild#lovemylisd
