Good news everyone (in Hawaii ). New Tesla Superchargers are arriving. Kaneohe has a 12 stall at Bay View Golf course (public access). The 6 highly worked stalls at Pearlridge Shopping Center are getting reinforcements. A dozen /+ new chargers are being installed near Macys.

When you check the activity of the public station, there’s 0 of 6 available from 6am to 9pm. 5 to 25+ minute wait times. The hotel station (30-60 minutes away) reports 11 out 12 available most of the time. There are a lot of Teslas (and other EVs) on the island now.

So get this: there are 6 Tesla superchargers for the entire island of Oahu. Not 6 Supercharger stations, but 6 stalls. Ok, there’s one station on the other side of the island, with 12 stalls, behind a posh hotel’s valet parking. (Fee + hand over key card, no direct access).

Did a road trip from the Bay Area to L.A. last week. Saw over a dozen car carriers along the way. Going south bound, most were carrying Tesla cars (S3XY). Going north were four carriers of Cyber Trucks (coming from TX?). It was interesting seeing that many CT's.
