life update been put in temporary housing until I can get a more permanent flat through the council and everyone is so nice I'm🥺

it's so hard to get the help needed and I'm trying not to feel disappointed because it's not their fault but honestly wow

so in conclusion over the last few days I had a bad relapse and almost attempted, had to go to the hospital, was told I had to wait to speak to someone from the mental health team & that I'd probably have to be transferred to another hosital and sat there for 5 hours -

just to be told I could go home and id have a phone assessment which I waited all day for ,, doctor told me it was because the nhs is so underfunded and that mental health doesn't her enough attention, honestly mentally exhausted and in a big rut and the nhs is so so unfunded -
