2. Elon has reach and influence; does that mean he should be banned from expressing a common opinion?

@ZubyMusic Depends on the definition. E.g.:

1. Biblical: to consider, study, ponder, muse over, or reflect upon.
2. New Age: focus one's mind for a period of time for spiritual purposes or relaxation.

The latter has benefits but develops a spirituality at odds with Biblical spirituality.

Get good sleep.
Feed your body, not your feelings.
Don't snack; drink water.
Don't eat after supper.
Eat nutrient rich food till 80% full.
Focus on the process.
Walk 10,000 steps each day.
Form these habits.
Dieting is unnecessary.
