MCW Team visited several YLP alumni in Tanzania in 2016. The group gathered at Poa Poa, a restaurant started by Felix Nyakatale, a YLP alumnus and recipient of the Alumni Ventures Fund (AVF)

MCZ hosted an open youth netball and football tournament for both girls and boys which brought together many teams from the Chanyanya to compete in this event along with preventing youth from getting in involved in unlawful conduct during the festive season.

We are throwing it back to 2016 to our 4th Community Leaders Seminar in Lusaka, Zambia held to enhance the capacity of MCW's local managers to operate sustainable community centers. Participants included Board Members and Country Directors of MCW partner organizations in Africa.

NEWS: We successfully held our 26th edition of the Young Leaders Fellowship. For the first time since 2019, the entire program was back in person at NYUโs School of Professional Studies and at Champlain College in Vermont.
The program brought together global young leaders to develop the critical skills needed to become community leaders and global citizens working on issues in education, health, and economic security.

Today we officially closed off the in-person segment of our 2023 Young Leaders Fellowship. Participants spent the morning perfecting their elevator pitches and later presented their pitches before a panel of judges who would later announce the runners up and winner of the
