@thysss50227967 @ferocitq I disagree with this reading of xb2, I don't think it was building up for them accepting being parts of a larger whole, I think the whole arc culminating in accepting their true power and becoming pneuma together is more about accepting who they are and moving past their trauma

@GallowsTumour @plutoxcsm I think that’s a pretty shallow read of the ending, it’s not Pochita suppressing Denji’s memories, it’s him giving Denji an opportunity that would never be afforded to him in a world where he was Chainsawman an opportunity to live a better life and be able to heal

@TrueBurna Cause Bulbapedia does it by generations n stuff, it did have it via egg move or TM from gens 5-8 but then cause it wasn’t in SV it couldn't get it through TM there and bulbapedia only has it’s legends ZA move pool as Gen 9 and it couldnt get it there

@SeanKGM82 I thought that it was more that Archer Gil is more the incarnation influenced by his earlier adventuring and fighting with Enkidu and FGO Caster Gil is more after Enkidu’s death and his adventure for eternal youth, and he’s more chill in FSF cause Enkidu is there to entertain him

@MonadicHat @fedginator Yeah I get it and it probably should be treated that way, I think the reason why it isnt is cause its very reactive, like against a deck that only needs one search its basically useless, I think what puts it over the edge for me is using droll while going first after youve set up

@Paco_Scarso This reminds me so much of the genning debate in VGC, people play games for different reasons, get different things out of it and have different amounts of time available to them, some people don’t enjoy the mindless grinding just so they can play the part of the game they enjoy

@WoodsTCG @fedginator the main issues with droll is more that it’s much more volatile and dependent on if you drew a lot of engine and extenders and so don’t need your consistency searches as much, and if you’re going first then being able to drop droll after setting up your board is way too strong

@WoodsTCG @fedginator IDK if thats entirely true, theres still plenty of decks that can play quite a bit under droll, it lets the first search through so its not just a pure turn skip like how flying C usually is, like Blackwing can do a decent board through droll cause the deck has a lot of extenders
