Travelling in vande Bharat 22478 today. Firstly the train gets rescheduled 8 hours. Real time is 7.12 am from jammu but arrives at 3pm.
Now the train is continuously getting late and late and late.

#jeeves will not provide the service, and when you lodge a complaint with @flipkartsupport, they simply tell you to speak to Jeeves directly.

I filed a maintenance request on 28 march, but till now not a single technician has arrived; nor have I received any calls or information from #jeeves
I even received a msg that my claim had been initiated for cancellation,even though I hadn't requested a cancellation at all.
@flipkartsupport told me that if #jeeves isn't providing you with service, you should ask them to issue an NOC. However, when I requested an NOC from Jeeves, they flatly refused, stating that they could not provide as they did not have it.
