@GodrejAppliance I have never seen such a careless and irresponsible service team who do not have any customer value. This is not expected from a prestigious brand like Godrej.

@GodrejAppliance Yes, I got a call from the service team and they promised to fix the issue when I will be there at my home. I contacted them last week and they sent a technician but he didn't fix it and said sr. technician will visit but after that there is no response. I am still waiting ??

@GodrejAppliance Sorry for the delayed response. Actually I got a call from a service team but since I am not there at the location the issue remains unresolved. Hopefully it will be resolved once I will be there as they assured me. Thanks for looking into it !

@GodrejAppliance I have a doubt if u guys have understood my concern?It's serious concern directly affecting a customer and company both. It's kind of potential fraud,the technician is cancelling the ticket and attending call and taking money.He has taken Rs. 2800 but the issue still unresolved
