It has led to introspection, challenge, and thoughtful consideration of IT's role in the workplace. What never ceases to astonish me is how other business disciplines have not even thought of this as a concept in their world. That's my rant.
The message that IT must change and adopt the language of the business, to cease being a silo with its own vocabulary and values so that the rest of the business can embrace it has long been taken seriously.
