@TheSun I've got a medical negligence story against optical Express who have left me in a bad way. Due to a bodged operation. Ive tried contacting then and they are not replying or taking responsibility for there actions I've sent email to the ceo and nothing

@GMB would you be able to help me? I've had a lense replacement at optical Express on 16th Feb and the surgeon has messed up both of my eyes. During the operation he didn't give me enough anaesthetic and was removing my eye lens, the pain was so bad and stuck a needle in my eye
