News organizations like the NYT already had mixed feelings about their reporters using Twitter and if you can now be suspended from Twitter for doing fairly straightforward reporting, you have to wonder if that's the tipping point.
@BillSimmons@ringernba tanking sucks. Why can't NBA and other leagues make draft order based on over- or underperformance relative to preseason rankings? Teams that overperform anticipated win total the most get the best draft picks. Could use Vegas bookmaker odds or GM survey.
@NateSilver538 To the lay person, seems like he pretty much borrowed the language from your site "clearly favored to win" and also said it was simulation. Is your beef is with the word predict? That seems pretty modest and calling it "disinformation" seems like a stretch.
@Airbnb how the heck do I contact you? I can't login and I've tried a bunch of stuff. Please don't treat me like an idiot and direct me to your help page. an email address, please.
@Tesla@elonmusk just picked up my #modely and loving it. But. How is it I can precisely broadcast fart noises throughout the car but can't change the voice of the nav system? #Wtf
@ComfortablySmug I agree. Guns should be regulated like cars: registration of all guns, strict licensing and testing requirements. Accumulation of minor infractions leads to loss of privileges.
@538politics Do wait times at polling places and restrictions on early voting have a partisan bias? In other words, do states controlled by Republicans have measurably more barriers?
@538politics Does the election model account for anticipated participation? What changes, if anything, if early voting and/or polls indicates more voters coming off the sidelines?
@GodfreyMBakuli Trying to figure out if I should be very impressed or really impressed with amount of books you read. How many of these are 1,000 page tomes? Do you ever subconsciously avoid long stuff because you can't finish it in a week?
If @realDonaldTrump and @senatemajldr ram thru a replacement now, the SCOTUS will have a majority of justices appointed by presidents who finished 2d in the popular vote, confirmed by senate majorities who represented less than half of the country.
A tyranny of the minority.
