Once again the system bends over backwards for a child-killer who has already shown he will attack prison staff.
Axel Rudakubana has manipulated his way into a secure hospital, and the statements from the victims’ families and the Prison Officers Association leave no room for doubt: this is an insult to the dead and a betrayal of the living.
My son was slaughtered by a man the authorities already knew was dangerous, they allowed fear of stigma and incompetence to overrule public safety.
Now we watch the same soft, broken system reward another monster with better conditions. Enough. Lock them up, keep them locked up, and stop treating public safety as optional.
I am absolutely disgusted.

They won’t hide and get away with it. Between my wife Sinéad, our excellent lawyers Hudgells and myself we have years on medical experience, in hospital and the community……they’ve come across formidable doctor/parents this time and there is no hope for ‘them’ to get away with anything. We are resolute and we bring all the medical experience to our campaign. We are driving the technicalities and you will see that from all the nuances.

I echo………….

We are now in a national emergency.
The threat to families is at the utmost highest than it has ever been.

Our country and its loving families find themselves in a crisis not of their own making.

No accountability by people in position.

If this case happens to be another ‘care in the community’ patient, I will lose the plot.

This time ‘if’ this is a Psyc patient I’ll be outside the relevant Trust HQ with a protest plaque…..it better not be.
I’ve had enough.

I await details of this heartbreaking case.

PM make the safety of families your first priority in office.

No Sir, Nottingham didn’t fail me, my beloved daughter had the best year of her life in Nottingham; she said so to me. She loved Nottingham.

The psychiatrists in Nottingham placed her (and the people of Nottingham at risk)

The police at Nottingham failed as they had Calocane ( and many others out wandering on a no bail warrants, placing Grace and people of Nottingham at risk) they exacerbated by not investigation properly and getting the wrong conviction.

SMT at Notts Police who couldn’t lead a horse to water rather than a police force.

A clueless chief Constable.

A absolutely useless PCC Caroline Henry, who can’t spell accountability.

Professional standards so low in the police that they sent disgusting WhatsApp messages. The CC’s son being in the same group.

The CPS in Nottingham got it wrong and hid pertinent files in the MG6D schedule

listening to Blackwood a flawed psychiatrist and report who saw Calocane 5 months down the line and had the genius to say he was psychotic at the time of the attacks..a ‘psychic’ not psychiatrists.

The council staff cctv handlers who could have captured Calocane but instead were doing paperwork at 4am rather than tracking him.

Council staff who saw personal data and hid mistakes.

QMC staff who breached her medical records.

Regional mental health director
Dr Jessica Sokolov who is useless and didn’t do anything to improve services before the Nottingham attacks.

Amanda Sullivan the head of the ICB who commissioned but did not monitor a useless mental health service.

The board and CE of Nottingham Trust who are more than useless.

Calocane, whose own family lied at the Inquiry when they said they were worried about VC harming himself. He always harmed others. His phone data and down loads proved so.

All the psychiatrists in Nottinghamshire Trust who don’t even record MDT meetings

IOPC who are totally useless and can’t even hold police to account at any level. Utterly useless.

The MPs in Nottingham who remain mute.

But the people of Nottingham did not let her down……. She loved being there….she love the people of Nottingham. One day she would have been a doctor there caring for the people of Nottingham.

Who was the doctor/health worker who did the assessment in hospital.
This was a grossly failed assessment.
The patient should not have been driving and should have been assessed properly in hospital, with a full MHA assessment.
Another beautiful child Josie Cartwright taken away from her family that will be much like my own family……devastated by the totally avoidable loss of our daughter.
When will mental health workers get it right….this is a national disaster that is not getting the importance it should.
Cartwright family, if I can help navigate through this and look over the clearly ‘failed’ mental health assessment please let me know.

Madam may I ask since knowing about, Zephaniah McLeod, 28, carrying out a series of seemingly random and motiveless knife attacks early on 6 September 2020, killing Jacob Billington, a university worker who was on his way back to his hotel with friends after a night out.

Since you came to office, stabbings by mental health patients has continued and increased in Birmingham.

May I respectfully ask what you have done to hold mental health authorities accountable for their failures in Birmingham……

We met and I brought you up to speed with pervasive incompetence in Nottinghamshire.

-Regional mental health director still in a job
-Chief exec ICB still in a job
-Chief exec NMHT was kept in his job till retiring before the Inquiry
-Incompetent psychiatrists who don’t understand the MHA still in their job.
-Psychiatrists who didn’t even make notes of MDTs still in a job
-Psychiatrists who did ‘failed assessments’ still in a job
-Psychiatrist who discharged against Trust protocols still in a job.
-6 MHAs, 4 failed Sectioning events, without change in treatment/depot by psychiatrists still in a job
-No risk assessments by psychiatrists still in a job
-Failed Psyc report to court…still in a job
-Failed to give depot multiple times…..still in a job
-psychiatrists who don’t understand MHAs and difference between Sec-2 & Sec-3, who didn’t change sections, still in a job.
-No duty of candour, but still in a job

I could go on and on……….

Whilst you were Sec of State for health I also stated you were given the worst advice by the Psychiatry advisors.
They actually told you, if you held Psychiatrists responsible for their inactions when it comes to their patients, no one would want to do Psychiatry, which was utter nonsense. It would have rooted out poorly performing Psychiatrists.
The psychiatry advisors at the DoH need to be let go.
You need forward thinking accountable Psychiatrists not the stagnant pool, idealess old psychiatrists you had.

Why no pre-emptive action before any more submissions to the Nottingham Inquiry?

Our country looks weak if we don’t have the guts to sack people for wrong doing proven by the evidence they have given. We don’t need to wait for conclusions.
They accepted they didn’t do their jobs in evidence.

Let’s make our country strong again

Let’s ask for accountability; if not let’s terminate people’s contracts.

Public senior positions are not devoid of responsibility, if they failed in public office let’s sack them.

Let’s be strong again………..

@EOver384 @OctopusEnergy I did not know this. They threatened me with debt collection agencies so I paid it all. Been fighting since summer 2025 to get the money returned.
