Does anyone have any suggestions on how to convey to HR that they need to hire more people? So far I have tried billing more than jr associates, saying “we are under staffed” “we need more people” “please hire another person” “no, seriously we need more people”

Once again, the extreme intoxication defence does not give a “free pass to rapists,” & is not inherently harmful to survivors. The misinformation otherwise is SO harmful. As a survivor, I wrote this FOR survivors. I hope it offers some comfort & clarification post R v Brown.
