@AvantiWestCoast hey! There’s no power to any of the sockets (usb /bs1363) in coach D 9M55 11:55 GLC > BHI.
Any chance you could get someone to have a look, at some point? Unit is 390 047. Cheers
@Kieran_ayrshire@ScotRail The D34/50/75 is one that @ScotRail are, unfortunately, somewhat bad at briefing staff on - so this is a particularly valid question.
I had a gateline staffer refuse to sell one recently (couldn't buy on train), and instead, sent me to ticket office, where it depends who you get

This is the Rainbow Map for LGBTI+ rights across Europe.
Until 2015, the UK was top.
We've now collapsed down the rankings - and are the worst in Western Europe.
We're now near Albania.
@AvantiWestCoast can you do me a favour and pass on a big thank you to Ian, at Lancaster, for being super helpful with passenger assist this evening? Much appreciated :) PA-DRKEJ3VA
@ScotRail how many years does it take to replace a ramp? Hyndland hasn’t had one for 4.5+ years. Bizarre, at an AfA station…
Given this results in denied boarding where the ATE is absent, or medex (as was the case this evening PA-DR44C60R) - when will these be replaced?
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT With respect - I think you are missing the point. It’s not the same issue, and it IS a tripping hazard.
ScotRail is the SFO here - so safety is nominally your responsibility. Please pass the report along.
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT the yellow edging on the tactiles at THB platform 1 has come away in a couple of places, near where the access ramp is / where the civils blue fences are. A segment about a metre long was dislodged by a 380 ramp.
Can you log please?
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT Hi Paul - unless it was within the last 25 minutes, I’m afraid it’s another part of it, in a slightly different location, and given it’s partially attached, it’ll possibly catch someone’s foot.
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT Hi again - unfortunately there’s some more of this come up. It seems to be getting lifted by the wheelchair ramps?
I’ve attached a photo* - this is P1 at THB, and it’s currently up in a “bump”. Could this be faulted please.
*taken from train.
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT I’m not sure - it moved as the ramp for my train was going down.
If it helps, the piece that moved is between the tarmac, and the tactiles, so I guess it’s designed to bridge a gap between them? I suppose that could form a hazard.
@ScotRail Whilst I’m happy to write in - and indeed, I will do - it would be helpful if you could flag to control, because clearly, if the app isn’t working, someone should be phoning ahead. It shouldn’t take pulling an alarm to force people to acknowledge you are there. Thanks.
@ScotRail are your teams experiencing issues with the PA app? Failed assist at PTK where no one showed - I was told at PRK that there is a problem with the app. Yet, it worked fine at the origin?
I’ll be writing in, but perhaps you can have someone investigate. PA-87CXYNMP
@ScotRail Some clarity please - there isn’t a thing as “registered disabled” (IIRC since DDA 1995); but - will D50 tickets be available for those who need them, at a destination, *if* staff were unable to issue onboard?
@Doug_Paulley FOI has D50 details:
