@Andyn1962@SharrellAnne2@elonmusk Findagrave is a great site that pretty much does that already. You can request photos from a grave and locals in the area who are signed up to help will take it
@iancw06_ian@tiger26297@aakashgupta Yes! Some of us have tried every strategy possible. I’m a fairly successful adult and at 55, I’m still trying to hack my brain. Exhausting.
@Salttown@UNCballTalk I don’t want to get accts banned or to spoil someone’s fun. But the rules are clear.
Honestly sending a DM actually takes longer than reporting it. I’m trying to be decent about it.
@Salttown@UNCballTalk Don’t take IC stuff & you won’t hear from me.
I send messages b/c I would rather just ask you to remove the copyright violation as opposed to reporting it to X which will result in a temp then perm banned.
Sometimes the most meaningful leadership lessons are the simplest.
Erin Matson shares a great story about receiving a 30-second voicemail from Roy Williams.
“Erin, I just want to tell you that I’m proud of you…I enjoy watching your team…You’re doing amazing things. Just keep on keeping on.”
Sometimes the most impactful thing a coach can do is take 30 seconds to let someone know: I see you, I believe in you, and keep going.
Those moments may feel small to the leader, but they rarely feel small to the person receiving them.

When did you know Carolina would be a part of you forever? "Chapel Hill never leaves you, and you never leave Chapel Hill." — Roy Williams '72 ('73 MAT), to the class of 2026
@UNCKirschner End of an era. Happy Retirement to him and well done.
I worked in the snack bar in my college days, best summer gig ever.
Bonus points for Mike Rubish's Golf City reference! They were my grandparents' next door neighbors.
@TAshleyIC Me too.
Along those lines, was talking to a friend about her hs daughter's interest in sports admin. I told her to get a job this summer at the parks & rec - learn to keep score, run a scoreboard and manage events. That sort of basic info normally just isn't taught.
