#LaPalmaVolcano remains active after many days of #eruption and #GEOSAT2 captured the new branch of lava formed in the last few days. Lava has already covered 0.6% of the island's surface! GEOSAT is collaborating with @rtve and @ipma_pt in tracking changes at #CumbreViejaVolcano

Summer fires around the World are being captured by GEOSAT-1 and GEOSAT-2 satellites. Imagery from the recent fires in Castro Marim, Portugal was acquired, processed and delivered to stakeholders in less than an hour and a half. Further analysis is being made available on demand.
