@enjaz Yes that what it should required . A national id / iqama ( valid one ) with MTCN code for western union transactions. Opening an enjaz account just for receiving make the western union money transfer services waste and it waste customers time as well

Why i need to open an account to get my sent payment via western-union when i already provide my national id and MTCN code. Doesn’t it defy the whole purpose of transferring money via western union. It really unnecessary and time wasting.

I am keep trying to get an appointment from the last two month,there is no slot showing for booking appointment neither in JUB/DMM.i even tried to book the slot as per the provide appointment slot release.Need urgent attention

@vfsglobalcare It not about visa ,its about indian passport service whihc done in collboaration inidina embassy ksa nad indian government . You can't find a single appoitnment for passport renewal services etc in any cities in KSA

Worst customer service @Tawuniya & @TawuniyaCare . No customer orientation . If a person get in accident he should run & call these insurance company or insurance company should approach them . They make app through which you can do somehting but cant reach the customer agent
