@shawngorham In 2022 I was quoted $80K for a two 3.5T unit system by Service Champions. With a straight face and a tablet. During a period of two months I shopped around and eventually settled on one who quoted me $24K installed for same system. Eventually paid 28 after some modifications

@EllliotttB Citi primarily operates commercial. The retail side is mostly cc or mortgage, which is also not marketed direct to consumer. Mortgages usually bought from other originators and CC through affiliations.

@Yuchenj_UW Google has a lot going for themselves, and brain power has never been an issue for them. What the company is missing, historically has been a good sense for product and earning customer trust. Especially with developers, but consumers alike.
