1- PDL-1 positive GISTs are associated with higher nodal stage and shorter progression-free survival, representing a potential prognostic and therapeutic marker.

3- Superficial invasive breast cancers diagnosed on punch biopsies are mostly metastatic to bone at diagnosis. Triple-negative cases have a worse prognosis and lower overall survival.

2- SATB2 positive HCC, ICC, and metastatic hepatoid carcinomas causing a potential diagnostic pitfall; NGS can help identify distinct molecular alterations.
