Dont buy kent products
They dont attend customer complaints its horrible that such a big brand have this type of staff who arent giving a f about the customer bought the kent air fryer in march 26 in 2 uses it broke down after several complaints no ones visiting @KentROSystems

when i tried to register they are closing my request without visiting when i tried to call them the technician and service center person abused and denied visit
After calling customer service they also denied just shifted my call to asm and hes also not taking this issue srsly

@HeroMotoCorp went to service center SUPERB MOTOR BARAURA DUBAGGA LUCKNOW for my vehicle service their they said i don't have free service only paid service available i gave them my vehicle came home and checked app I had only 3 service done 1 was remaining then

Too misbehaved kindly take proper action on this and fire that lady she's very arrogant also she can't use manager cabin she does parts billing please take strict action on her @HeroMotoCorp abused me too

Said no back in today when I told everything to the lady who was sitting as manager but wasn't misbehaved with me denied giving me free service as per my joyride subscription I had talked to everyone no one r3seponded all the staff misbehaved went to showroom the showroom staff

Went to watch thunderbolts in @_PVRCinemas @PicturesPVR SAHARAGANJ MALL LUCKNOW but when i asked the counter lady for ticket she said 250 online it was showing 140 then i asked her remove food packet i dont want she said i cant she argued and denied giving me ticket
