The bill is designed to define which digital assets fall under the SEC and which fall under the CFTC, giving the industry a clearer market-structure framework. President Trump has publicly pushed Congress to pass it, and the Senate is preparing for a key procedural vote.

If clearer rules unlock more institutional activity in tokenized assets, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, infrastructure providers could be major beneficiaries.

That creates a potentially stickier business model if customer retention and expansion keep improving.
