@o2 elderly grandma was the phone to GP phone disconnected 5 times, had the Ambulance went out last night to her and she couldn’t call us to tell us. I might have to buy her a new phone on another network, this is unacceptable.
@O2 Why is the PO40 mobile mast not being repaired and says by 17th March? Elderly vulnerable with a phone that connects and cuts off every few minutes. It’s been weeks already! Not good enough.
