Hi @oneassist_in, repeated complaints but no response yet. Your partner Ramsha Cool Point asked me to repair my Daikin Split AC externally, but after submitting the ₹3,835 bill on 30 Sept 2025, reimbursement is still pending. Is this how OneAssist ensures partner accountability?

Hi @oneassist_in, I got my Daikin Split AC (S/N: 3712750016592/537108400018481) repaired externally as guided by Ramsha Cool Point (OneAssit Partner). I submitted the bill of Rs. 3,835 on 30 Sept 2025, but haven’t received reimbursement yet. I’ve emailed & complained many times
