@Airtel_Ug Ladies and gentlemen from @Airtel_Ug it's 2 weeks now and I still await provision a 5g router I paid for that sits at my business reminding me everyday that a big corp like airtel can take this long to activate a simple broadband router. My 2nd buy with same disappointment.

@Airtel_Ug it's now 5 days ever since I notified you that you issued me with a device that doesn't connect. Your previous contact told me device doesn't exist in your system. Did the business scam me.

@Airtel_Ug 3 days later no solution, staff called me and said my router account doesn't exist in their system. So laughable. But this can't be airtel service in 2026. This is not the airtel I know.

Bought a 5g router from airtel a year ago for my business with high hopes. The 5g never 5ged nor the connectivity. A year later with hope that now things are better bought another 2 wks ago for abusiness branch, worked for 4days and im back to hotspoting @Airtel_Ug tugoinge wa?
