Over 2 hours for a 30 minute drive. No idea why people don’t use public transport…

6.24pm that’s 24 minutes late without ANY warning, yet your staff knew there was no express service after 5. How about telling your paying customers?
You do know that people rely on you to get to work, appointments, etc?
This is just simple communication so people can plan!
