This happened at my last job. Whew ai asked several different times if I could get training on different tasks that they would want me to do in the future. I never got any training so I just did random stuff.

Happened to me once, except 1 month later the manager who was meant to train me asked if I knew how to do the tasks, to which I responded she never trained me despite saying she will every week.

She yelled at me then cried outloud infront of her boss.
