There's a reason the mob went after Kyle for standing on his principles, and kept on him until he reversed course.

It's the same reasons libertarians rarely do well in elections.

Because democracy is mob-level conflict.

Politics is collectivism.

The duopoly isn't some aberration, it's the natural result of having a large group of people vote on something.

They will create a fault line, figure out which side of that line they fall on, and destroy anyone who isn't on their side of the line.

And anyone who tries not to be on either side will be thrown into the abyss.

The answer is to foster a culture of liberty, of respect for the individual above all else, and to demand a decentralization of power, so that you make decisions for yourself instead of a bunch of strangers deciding for you.
