@GlobeChadFinn Excellent article. Perfect title. Well written and very accurate. I will miss both Holiday & Porzingis for different reasons. I've loved Holiday since his days at UCLA (of course he's a Walton all-star). He's the quintessential Celtic.

A sad day. I idolized him at UCLA while I was going to HS in Southern California. 14 years later in Boston I got to know him when he played for the Celtics. I MC'd a Harvard basketball banquet where Bill sat next to me as the featured speaker. Always upbeat, he 'll be missed!

Very sad news.
I just saw him at a Red Sox foundation golf tournament 6 weeks ago and he was his usual friendly self MCing the awards dinner afterwards. He leaves a tremendous legacy as much or more so off the field as on.
He'll be missed by all of #RedSox Nation
