राघव चड्डा ने पार्लियामेंट में कंज्यूमर अधिकार से जुड़ा बेहद अहम और बुनियादी मुद्दा उठाया.

राघव चड्डा ने कहा, यूजर अपने मोबाइल फ़ोन पर जब डेली डाटा रिचार्ज कराता है, तो रिचार्ज प्लान के हिसाब से डाटा यूज लिमिट मिलती है,

यूजर का 1.5 GB, 2 GB या 3 GB डाटा रात को 12 बजे EXPIRE हो जाता है, यूजर का बचा हुआ डाटा कैरी फॉरवर्ड नही होता.

राघव चड्डा ने कहा, यूजर हर डाटा या प्लान पूरा पैसा देता है. अगर 3 GB में 1 GB डाटा बच जाता है तो उसे यूजर को दूसरे दिन मिलना चाहिए.

Monthly प्लान में कंपनी किस तरह डाटा लूट रही है, राघव चड्डा जी का पूरा वीडियो सुनिए. अक्सर हम सबका 30% या 40% तक डाटा बच ही जाता है. इस बचे हुए डाटा पर यूजर का ही अधिकार होना चाहिए.

@stccare_ksa Many times i tried msg has been sent as so called private , but still same ? I m surprised what a big company their representatives have no accountability such a big arrogant company, I was using these services last 11 yrs and I did big mistake.

Dear Sir, I had made many complaints calls to 900 but nothing response from them, neither re active my service nor resolved the issue, its a very worst experience with STC , no accountability at all.

@stccare_ksa Your live chat support is just for decoration nothing else, chat bot not responding even wait for a hour or two hours, 900 call center everyday promise to solve in 24 hours but nothing happening, also I am waiting post here on X but there is no any accountability from STC,

What do you think I could not tried that option chat bot option is just a chat bot , didn't get any response even to open that live chat option, 900 also nothing did ? Every one promised to solve soon. It's really a very worst experience with Stc.
