Dear Telecom co,

I would like to share two humble suggestions:

Many Indians today already have Wi-Fi connections at home, especially senior citizens who primarily rely on it. It would be great if COs could introduce a low-cost plan offering around 1 GB per day, with flexible duration options (starting from 28 days) and even a yearly plan for convenience.

There’s also a strong need for affordable voice-only plans, ideally priced below ₹100 per month. Forcing users to buy data when they don’t require it feels unnecessary.

A large number of people depend solely on calls or use very minimal data daily. COs could truly stand out by providing more inclusive and user-friendly plans, letting customers choose according to their real needs.

Encouraging everyone who agrees to like, share, and tag Telecom COs until these suggestions are seriously considered.

Sir, @narendramodi and @jpnaddaoffice @fssai @mohfw, it's a national shame that FSSAI has consented to the request by JNTL(the Indian subsidiary of Kenvue which is a spin off of Johnson and Johnson) for a stay order to dispose of it's stock of high sugar ORSL!
Sir, not only now, in future also, except WHO recommended formula ORS, no sachet or tetrapack should be allowed in the pharmacies(including online), hospitals, and schools, as far as rehydrating medicines are concerned. ORS should never be allowed to be used on the labels except for WHO Recommended Formula ORS even if these liquids are being sold in the supermarkets and quick commerce platforms only! Trusting that you will ensure the October 15th order is implemented with urgency!

Many dealers are celebrating GST rate reductions.

But the compliance reality needs clarity because rate cut and exemption are two very different stories under GST law.

📌 Case 1: Rate Reduced

✅ Supply continues to be taxable (albeit at a lower rate).
✅ No reversal of ITC on stock is required.
➡️ Why? Because Section 17(2) of CGST Act requires reversal only where inputs are used for exempt supplies. A mere rate reduction doesn’t trigger reversal.

📌 Case 2: Supply Exempted
✅ Entire ITC attributable to such goods must be reversed.
✅ Includes inputs, input services, and proportionate capital goods used.
➡️ Backed by Section 17(2), 17(3) read with Rule 42 & 43, and Section 18(4) of CGST Act.
🙆🏻‍♂️ If sufficient ITC balance is not available in ledger, the reversal must be paid in cash.

⚠️ Key takeaway:
Dealers happy about rates going down should carefully check whether their goods are truly “rate reduced” or “moved to exempt”.
