Most doctors lack at administration because it makes one lose track of treatment knowledge and that’s what a doctor doesnt want.
Fix the finance and management by franchisee
or bring in a software consulting model.

@hunnykumar1908 Emergency medicine sounds fancy, on field an EM doctor will stabilise and refer. When they cannot do so, then comes the anaesthesiologist. Betaji, you know nothing yet. Itna bhi mat karna that Karma might hit you hard and you may not endup getting anesthesia according to you.

No one who has taken up Anesthesiology either by passion or compulsion to be in clinical field has regretted taking up this branch.
Maybe the job market be a bit harsh initially, but the actual job is satisfying to the core.
