@IRCTCofficial I had already completed Aadhaar e-KYC on the IRCTC app. During Tatkal booking just before payment OTP was asked again Pages took minutes to load OTP was shown as sent but no SMS received. Ticket lost.If OTP is needed every time why pre-verify Aadhaar
