@rainyxstar The clinical recommendation is probably to mix hydrogen peroxide 1:1 with warm water and then squirt it into your ears. A lot of times nurses at hospitals have the gear to do it for you, which takes like 5 minutes and can really help if your earwax has built up (gross)
