200 cadets & adults participated in the 1st @mdwgcap Cadet Conference which provided learning opportunities from senior cadets, pilots, aerospace & cyber experts, STEM kits, tools such as 3-D printers, service academies, drill, & a visit from State Police Aviation Aviation.

130 members of Civil Air Patrol Maryland, Virginia and DC Wings gathered to support the 2023 National Memorial Day Parade. Despite the rain, our members stood tall and demonstrated our core value of volunteer service as we honored the fallen throughout our Nation’s history.
Memorial Day is an occasion to reflect on the lives of our fallen heroes who exemplified valor and devotion to our Nation and also our respective communities. As we head into the long weekend, take a moment to pay your respects to those who gave their lives in defense of freedom
