@thehusky89 @NudieSouth If there is still soft tissue inside, you could stir with a thicker needle to get a bigger hole. Afterwards crush them. Maybe you can squeeze some pulp out and reduce them like this. No idea if the pain is bearable.

@NudieSouth @thehusky89 Maybe it's scar tissue, and they don't shrink. Is there more resistance and less feeling when stirring ?
