This feels like revenue extortion over customer service. To make matters worse, the staff at Kolkata Airport spoke in a condescending tone that was anything but hospitable. I made the mistake of booking Air India Express and now regret that my return flight is with them. (N/n)

His wife got a rib fracture because MALE police officer kicked her on the ribs and it is all recorded on video!! People are mad about abusive language being used in peaceful protests. What else do you want? People to lay down on the ground themselves so the cops can remove the frustration of the politicians and their seniors on the innocent citizens????
