@Airtel_Presence No one came to visit my premises again today. It has been 10 days now with a disrupted service! The airtel engineer that called me also tried to extend the visit date by asking me for an OTP, which I denied giving.

Moreover, I incurred extra charges to buy mobile data packs for my office work. For the last 9 days, my work is being hampered all because I chose to trust Airtel.
As I write this mail, I still haven't received any form of communication or resolution.
