@emirates@EmiratesSupport This is not fun. I completely understand the natural disaster but that’s when customer service has to kick in. I am still in an aircraft fm Amsterdam to Dubai and my ongoing flight to Johannesburg- the paid seat has been converted to normal - Why?
As stated earlier:
a. Your internal reasons to put my account on freeze without notifying me have incurred financial losses on my side
b. All the required documents have been submitted since over 48 hours & still no response. Stop sending such junk replies & solve the problem
@AxisBank Of course being an @AxisBank NRI customer you are forced to indulge in the drama as they:
a. debit freezes your account without notifying
b. They doesn’t know what documents required at one go
c. They ask for expiry dates of PR certificates

@AxisBank and the disaster continues. How long does it take to reKYC a customer for whom none of the details have changed?
And not to forget to begin with you decided to debit freeze a account and didn’t even notify a customer let alone giving substantial time to provide reKYC
Also to add on, upon uploading all the kyc documents on the mobile app niw @AxisBank wants the customer to do all the donkey work and leaving them with no choice by debit freezing the account especially for NRIs who hardly transact.

I have been a banker myself since n multiple continents. Never experienced such a ridiculous service wherein you debit freeze a customer’s account for reKYC without any intimation

@AxisBank Is there any further step you guys follow to actually resolve a problem for a customer especially when the problem is created by your lack of engagement or service?
