i saw a video of taylor swift talking about how people who struggle with addiction or mental health are quite literally doing their best every day and how everyone else has no idea the effort they’ve put into simply existing and it just hit. there are no pats on the back for fighting your own brain everyday, just expectations to be better.

There will always be people trying to stir up drama, find something or someone to hate and they just have a negative energy & attitude. If you know people like that irl, try to avoid them, and if you follow them online, maybe watch the peace you find from eliminating their energy
