@nickyboy1886 For a 3-bedroom house, either a single 12L or a single 20L dehumidifier would be suitable. If the property has higher damp levels, colder rooms, or multiple occupants, the 20L would be the safer choice. Otherwise, a 12L will handle standard conditions effectively.
