NC and GA fading >>>
GOP operatives are already eyeing cutbacks in their spending against Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.), I’m told by well-placed party sources, and by October may have to cede North Carolina entirely and hand over a Republican-held seat. Internal Republican polls show former Gov. Roy Cooper leading that race by double digits, a margin that can perhaps be halved but not erased.
In both Southern states, Republican officials increasingly believe they’re wasting their money, and it would be better spent on flipping Democratic Senate seats in Michigan and New Hampshire, where their candidates are stronger and Democrats are more vulnerable.
Fittingly. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) hosted a fundraiser at a private home in Dallas Monday night, featuring former president George W. Bush, that included Rogers and John Sununu — the GOP nominees in Michigan and New Hampshire — but not the party’s nominees in North Carolina and Georgia.
NEW FROM @WashingtonPost: John Sununu gave a “false answer” when he denied visiting Doha, Qatar for the World Economic Forum event referenced in Jeffrey Epstein’s email that said:
“john sununu, has good stories”

As a small business owner and public servant, I’m in this fight to put people first and do what’s right for New Hampshire.
I’m working to lower costs and build a fair economy. Washington should work for you—not corporate interests.
Proud to celebrate a state championship win for my nieces, Annie and Eva, and the Bedford Bulldogs! Londonderry put up a fierce fight. Congrats to all the players and coaches!
My heart is with the people of Israel and Jewish communities everywhere as we mark the solemn anniversary of the October 7th terrorist attacks.
We must continue to demand the safe return of the hostages who are still being held and always stand up to antisemitism and terror.
Biden, a few moments ago:
“Destroying property is not peaceful protest. It's against the law.
“Vandalism, trespassing, breaking windows, shutting down campuses, forcing the cancellation of classes & graduations …none of this is peaceful protest.”
Please keep my opponent, @kleavittnh, in your thoughts today.
She's got to find a new podcast to join with Marjorie Taylor Greene now that her good friend Steve Bannon is going to federal prison for refusing to answer questions about the January 6th insurrection. #NHPolitics
