My "Nutrition Rules"
1. 4 feedings daily in a <12 hr window
2. 180-200g of protein per day (45-50g/feed)
3. 3-5 g/kg carbs
4. Eat before workouts
5. Last feeding ~3 hrs before bed
6. Fruit and veg with each feeding
7. Chew food properly, eat until satisfied not full
