@DisneyDan i was a cp (college program) and we worked 40+ hours a week, couldn’t have a preference on scheduling, no unscheduled days off, ( if you were sick, sorry but come back to work… covid) worked the exact same job as full time and pt and got paid $14.25 an hour compared to 18-20$…
